Let's get straight into it.

My name is Brandon Valencia and I use the pronouns he/him/his. I am 21 years old currently living in the greater-Seattle area. I am Hispanic and Latino, with my greater family from Mexico. I share interests of Latin dancing, social activism, culture, psychology, geography, travel, event planning and coordinating, and working with children. 

I identify with the LGBTQ+, Hispanic and Latinx communities. I am constantly finding ways to get involved, advocate for issues, support organizations, represent myself and my community, and embrace our values.

I have a background in leading teams, organizing structure, representing spirit, representing positive culture, and writing. I have an extensive professional background in residential multi-family property management for brand-new construction, business and marketing, children's party hosting and event coordination.

My long-term career goals within property management reside in predevelopment, specializing in lease-ups and brand-new construction agendas.
